Our fees

Psychotherapy session fees reflect customary rates for licensed providers in the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads area. As an in-network provider, we work directly with your insurance carrier to apply your covered benefits and negotiated rates to each session. Payment for co-pays or deductibles is accepted by check, cash, or credit card at the time of service.

Detailed invoices and statements are available upon request to support your personal records or employer wellness programs. Our administrative team is dedicated to ensuring a transparent billing process so you can focus entirely on your personal growth and well-being.

$150 for a 50 minute session

$150 for a 60 minute session
